Job Requirements

Positive interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

Strong coordination skills with sales, operations, drivers, hotels, and other vendors.

Basic knowledge of recruitment, employee attendance, leave management, and HR administration.

Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

HR Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination.

Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.

Coordinate employee requirements and address workplace concerns.

Support management in implementing company policies and procedures.





Monitor employee performance and assist with regular reviews.

Organize employee meetings, training, and engagement activities.

Customer Relationship Responsibilities

Handle customer, feedback, complaints, and service-related issues.

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Follow up with customers for feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality.

Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.

Ensure customers receive a professional and positive experience throughout their travel journey.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
