Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and people-focused HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and coordination across branches and departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
- Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Manage attendance and leave records and support payroll coordination.
- Coordinate performance reviews, student/faculty feedback, and evaluation reports.
- Coordinate with freelance and in-house faculty and maintain their records.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are followed.
- Organize training programs, workshops, employee engagement, and team-building activities.




- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Prepare HR reports and provide relevant information to management.
- Coordinate HR activities across branches and departments.
- Support management in implementing HR initiatives and improving HR processes.

Requirements
- 1 years of experience in HR coordination or a related HR role.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of attendance, leave, payroll, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
