Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in the IT services & consulting sector.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and processes to maintain a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective actions plans.
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee relations issues and improve overall employee engagement.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in HR Compliance or related field.
- Robust knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for IT services & consulting industry.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and processes.
