Role & responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the DEI strategy, roadmap, and priority initiatives.
- Analyze workforce, talent, and inclusion data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of focus.
- Build, automate, and maintain HR and DEI dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership reviews.
- Leverage technology, AI-enabled tools, and automation solutions to improve reporting, insights generation, and HR processes.
- Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to integrate DEI principles into talent management processes.
- Conduct external research and benchmarking on DEI best practices and emerging trends.
- Develop presentations, communications, and executive-ready insights for leadership and employee audiences.
- Support employee listening initiatives, inclusion programs, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People Analytics, DEI,
Talent Management, or a related field.
- Robust quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Familiarity with automation and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of how AI tools can be leveraged to automate workflows, reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
