Job Title: HR Assistant

Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, HR administration, and coordination with employees and department heads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare and maintain appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases with accuracy.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR MIS reporting.
- Coordinate employee inductions, training schedules, and engagement activities.
- Support performance appraisal and employee grievance handling.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR policies, records, and confidential documents.




- Assist in HR administrative activities and day-to-day employee coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company HR procedures and documentation.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
