Human Resources Management

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

- Handle employee lifecycle activities: confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits.

- Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and statutory compliance.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.

- Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.

- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

Administration Management

- Manage office administration, facilities, and infrastructure.

- Oversee vendor management, AMC contracts, housekeeping, security, and utilities.





- Maintain records related to assets, contracts, licenses, and compliance documents.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

- Control administrative budgets and optimize costs.

- Implement and monitor internal controls and office policies.

Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.).

- Prepare HR and admin reports for management review.

- Maintain accurate employee and administrative records.

- Support audits related to HR and administration.
