Role Description The HR and Talent Management Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and talent initiatives in a full time hybrid role based in Ajmer, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling recruitment and selection processes, onboarding, and employee life-cycle activities such as confirmations, transfers, and exits.

The role will oversee performance management support, employee engagement initiatives, and training coordination to foster a positive and productive work environment. The Executive will manage HR policies and documentation, maintain HRIS and employee records,



and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards. Collaboration with line managers and leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and employee relations will be essential to support TIPL’s growth and organizational culture.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and interviewing, with experience managing full-cycle hiring for diverse technical and non-technical roles.
- Proficiency in employee relations, performance management support, and conflict resolution to maintain a constructive workplace environment.
- Experience in HR operations, including HRIS usage, payroll coordination support, attendance and leave management, and HR documentation.
- Ability to design or support training, development, and employee engagement programs aligned with business and workforce needs.
- Knowledge of applicable labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, attention to detail, and comfort working with data and HR metrics for decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technology sectors is preferred, along with readiness to work in a hybrid Ajmer-based role.
