Job Brief:

We are looking for an Admin to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.

This person will be reporting to the Senior Accounts Manager and assisting in HR and admin related functions requiring coordination with Accounts.

HR & Admin person responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in HR functions. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.

Role & responsibilities

- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and employee files.
- Update internal databases with recent hire information
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
- Involve in on boarding and off boarding of employees from the HR system.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related processes




- Respond to employees questions about leaves,company benefits etc.
- Facilitate finance department related to any HR information.
- Be responsible for keeping track of timings and leaves of employees
- Preparing timesheets for clients.
- Procuring office supplies.
- Coordinate with building maintenance to get works done across BeeHyv's offices.
- Manage office assistants.
- Take care of travel and accommodation of employees in coordination with Accounts team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Experience Range- 1-3 yrs
