Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff

- Allocate daily duties and monitor staff performance

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained

- Conduct regular inspections of housekeeping areas

- Manage housekeeping materials, equipment, and inventory

- Coordinate with other departments for housekeeping requirements

- Handle housekeeping-related complaints and resolve issues

- Maintain housekeeping records and reports

- Ensure proper waste disposal and safety procedures

- Train and guide housekeeping staff

- Monitor overall housekeeping operations

Required Skills

- Valuable team management and leadership skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
