Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Manager to oversee the complete housekeeping operations of the resort. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hotel/resort housekeeping, excellent team-management skills, and a strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the complete housekeeping operations of the resort.
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, corridors, and other resort facilities are clean an well-maintained.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties and responsibilities.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage housekeeping shifts.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Ensure rooms are properly cleaned, prepared, and ready before guest check-in.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the property.
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff.
- Maintain proper housekeeping procedures and service standards.
- Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, and special gues requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance regarding room repairs, damages, and maintenance issues.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, toiletries, cleaning materials, and inventory.
- Monitor usage and ensure proper control of housekeeping stock.
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, inventory, and staff attendance.
- Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness or housekeeping services professionally.




- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Report operational issues and housekeeping requirements to management.

Candidate Profile

- Experienced in hotel/resort housekeeping operations.
- Strong in team management and staff supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Responsible, disciplined, and organized.
- Good at coordinating with different departments.
- Capable of handling guest complaints professionally.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for housekeeping operations.
- Professional and presentable in appearance and conduct.
- Flexible and comfortable working in a hospitality environment.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in hotel/resort housekeeping.
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager / Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning standards.
- Valuable team-management and leadership skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Front Office, Maintenance, F&B;, and other departments.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain housekeeping records.
- Male and Female candidates are welcome/preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work full-time from the Vashind location.
