Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

- Supervise a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Develop and implement effective scheduling systems to optimize labor allocation and reduce costs.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years' experience in housekeeping management or related field.

- Robust floor management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent supervision skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
