Job Title: Housekeeping GSA (Guest Service Attendant)

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and service-oriented Housekeeping GSA to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and assigned public areas while providing excellent service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas.
- Make beds, change linens, towels, and other room amenities.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities as required.
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned according to hotel standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests politely and professionally.
- Maintain proper cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Follow hotel procedures for lost and found items.
- Assist the Housekeeping team and supervisor with daily operations.




- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and work areas.
- Ensure guest privacy and follow hotel service standards at all times.

Requirements

- Previous experience in housekeeping/hotel operations preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined.

Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0–2 years preferred

Location: Zirakpur

Salary: 10000-17000/- per month

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
