Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.

- Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.

- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.

- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

- Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.

- Process payments, maintain accurate billing, and issue invoices.

- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally.

- Maintain daily records, reports, and guest information in the property management system (PMS).

- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

- Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments when required.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred).

- 1–2 years of experience in hotel reception or front office operations (freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply).

- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS software is an advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts of 12 hours - 10 hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
