Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth in the power industry, focusing on renewable energy solutions such as solar and wind.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products or services that meet customer needs and market trends.

- Manage product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring timely project execution within budget constraints using SDLC methodologies like Agile/Scrum.

- Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform product decisions, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 7-15 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in the power industry or related fields like EPC infrastructure development.

- Robust understanding of digital transformation manager principles and ability to apply them effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical programs involving technology product management (PLM) and solution design.
