NWho we're looking for

n- 8–10 years in hotel operations, with time spent leading or supporting the P&L; of a full property

N- Meaningful experience at a wellness-led property — spa, retreat, Ayurveda, or holistic wellness. This isn't optional;

the property is being built around it

N- Someone who understandsthat a wellness hotel runs on rhythm, not just service standards

N- Pre-opening experience is a plus, not a must
