Role Summary

Le Passage to India is seeking an experienced Hotel Contracting /Manager to manage hotel partnerships and negotiate competitive contracts across India. The role involves securing the best commercial terms, strengthening supplier relationships, and ensuring quality inventory to support our inbound travel business.

Key Responsibilities

- Negotiate and manage hotel contracts, rates, and commercial agreements.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels and hospitality partners.

- Source current hotel partners and renew existing contracts.

- Ensure competitive pricing, availability, and value-added benefits.

- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Reservations teams to meet client requirements.

- Maintain accurate contract data and monitor supplier performance.

- Conduct market research and hotel inspections as required.





Requirements

- Bachelors degree in hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

- 5-10 years of hotel contracting experience with an Inbound Tour Operator or DMC.

- Good knowledge of India's hotel market and destination geography.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
