Position - HOSTEL WARDEN

Experience:2years - 4 years

Location - ,Bengaluru

Budget : Upto 35K

- Manage hostel staff (housekeeping, maintenance, security)
- Oversee hostel operations (admissions, room allocations, facilities management)

- Maintain discipline and decorum

- Student Support and Welfare
- Provide guidance and support to residents
- Foster a positive and inclusive community
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely meals and food quality

- Safety and Security
- Ensure overall security and conduct regular inspections
- Respond promptly to emergencies and crises

- Communication and Liaison
- Liaise with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

- Additional Responsibilities
- Organize hostel events and activities

- Supervise maintenance and cleanliness
- Handle conflicts and address concerns

Language Requirements
- English and Kannada (mandatory)

- Telugu and Hindi (preferable)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
