Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned hostel/ Coliving properties.

- Ensure rooms are well-maintained, clean, and ready for occupancy.

- Coordinate tenant check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.

- Address tenant queries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.

- Monitor property occupancy and work towards achieving occupancy targets.

- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and safety standards.

- Track rent collections, security deposits, and other property-related records.

- Maintain accurate property documentation and reports.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve issues efficiently.

- Use property management software/CRM to manage bookings, tenant records, rent collections,



maintenance requests, and daily operational activities.

- Plan and coordinate property-related events, resident engagement activities, community programs, and promotional events to enhance the resident experience and strengthen community engagement.

REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in Property Management, Hotel Operations, Hospitality, Hostel/PG Management, or Facility Management.

- Robust leadership and team management abilities.

- Experience managing multiple properties is an added advantage.
