Hostess (Fine Dining Restaurant)

We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The Hostess will welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant.

- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.

- Answer phone calls and handle booking inquiries politely.

- Maintain proper seating arrangements as per restaurant plan.

- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth table turnover.

- Inform guests about waiting time and keep them comfortable.

- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.

- Handle guest concerns politely and inform seniors if required.





- Ensure a positive first and last impression for all guests.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel.

- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

- Well-groomed and presentable personality.

- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (preferred).

- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills

- Robust interpersonal and guest handling skills.

- Good organizational and multitasking ability.

- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette.
