Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the hostel, including maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
- Oversee warden activities such as counseling students on academic performance, personal issues, and career guidance.
- Manage disciplinary actions taken against students for indiscipline or misbehavior.
- Supervise staff members to ensure effective implementation of rules and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior reports, and other relevant documents.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in hostel management or related field (education industry).
- Robust knowledge of hostel management principles and practices.
- Excellent supervisory skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software or systems.
