Job Purpose

- Review and baseline the curriculum for the Training Centre.
- Prepare week-by-week plans for curriculum delivery.
- Develop an hourly plan for the Day in the Life” of SAATHIYA students.
- Facilitate students’ learning, development, employability, and career progression.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Training & Curriculum
- Review and baseline the curriculum for the Training Centre.
- Prepare week-by-week plans for effective curriculum delivery.
- Develop daily/hourly learning plans for SAATHIYA students.
- Train students in Communication Skills and Technical Skills, covering both theory and practical sessions.
- Conduct periodic and summative assessments.
- Monitor students’ daily progress through learning assignments and worksheets.
- Provide individual attention and additional support to students based on their learning needs.
- Prepare students for Employment Essentials and workplace readiness.

Student Mentoring & Career Support
- Follow up with students and employers regarding students’ performance at the workplace.




- Conduct parent and NGO interactions to understand students better and positively influence their behaviour and attitudes.
- Manage the Community of Professionals (CoP) within the SAATHIYA Digital Network.
- Monitor and support the career progression of alumni.
- Assist with student mobilisation and Week Zero activities.
- Support students during On-the-Job Training (OJT) and facilitate job placements.

Qualifications & Work Experience

Education Qualification

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.

Work Experience

- 4–5 years of relevant industry experience in the Hospitality sector.
- Experience in Hospitality Training and Operations.
- Prior experience in teaching Hospitality Operations will be preferred.
