We are a revenue-focused hospitality software company helping hotels improve their online revenue, occupancy and overall performance.

We are looking for a Hospitality Revenue Manager who can manage the revenue and OTA operations of our hotel clients and also help us build and lead the operations team.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize hotel pricing across OTAs
- Manage OTA listings, rates, inventory and promotions
- Monitor hotel performance and identify revenue opportunities
- Manage hotel listings on platforms like MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.
- Monitor and improve hotel ratings and online reputation
- Prepare regular performance reports for clients
- Coordinate with hotel owners and management teams
- Manage day-to-day client operations
- Build basic SOPs and processes for the operations team
- Lead and guide the operations team as we grow

Requirements
- Experience in hotel revenue management / OTA management / hotel operations




- Good understanding of hotel pricing and OTA platforms
- Knowledge of Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and basic revenue management
- Valuable communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Team management experience will be an advantage
