About the Company We are a revenue-focused hospitality software company helping hotels improve occupancy, increase revenue, and manage their online distribution more effectively through technology and revenue expertise. We are currently building our hospitality operations function from the ground up and are looking for an experienced Hospitality Revenue Manager who can join us at an early stage and grow into a key leadership role.

About the Role This is more than a traditional Revenue Manager position. You will take ownership of the revenue and online distribution performance of our hotel clients while helping us build the processes, systems and team required to scale this function. You will work closely with hotel owners, management teams and our internal product/operations team to identify revenue opportunities and implement strategies that improve hotel performance.

What You Will Own Revenue

Management - OTA pricing optimization and dynamic pricing

- Rate, inventory and availability management
- Competitor rate and market analysis
- Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR analysis
- Identifying opportunities to increase hotel revenue and profitability
- Developing pricing and promotional strategies based on demand OTA & Distribution Management - Managing hotel listings across major OTAs
- OTA listing optimization and content management
- Managing promotions, offers and visibility opportunities
- Rate parity and inventory monitoring
- Working with platforms such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Expedia and other OTAs
- Coordinating with channel managers and hotel technology platforms Reputation Management - Monitoring hotel ratings and guest reviews
- Developing review management strategies
- Identifying recurring guest feedback and revenue-impacting issues
- Working with hotel teams to improve online reputation and guest perception Client & Operations Management - Managing revenue operations for multiple hotel clients
- Communicating directly with hotel owners and management
- Conducting regular performance reviews




- Preparing revenue reports and actionable insights
- Ensuring timely execution of client requirements
- Building SOPs, workflows and operational processes
- Managing and mentoring the operations team as the business grows What We're Looking For - 2–5 years of relevant experience in hotel revenue management, OTA management, hotel distribution or a similar role
- Strong understanding of hotel pricing, inventory and OTA distribution
- Hands-on experience with major OTAs such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Expedia, etc.
- Good understanding of hotel revenue metrics such as Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Experience managing or leading a team will be an advantage Most Importantly We are looking for someone who wants to build, not just execute. You should be comfortable working in an early-stage workplace where processes may not already exist. You'll have the opportunity to create SOPs, shape our revenue management approach, work directly with the founders, build the operations team and eventually take ownership of the entire hospitality revenue function. If you want a conventional hotel job with a fixed portfolio and predefined processes, this may not be the right role.
