Job Summary The Stock Executive will be responsible for managing hospital inventory, including medical consumables, surgical items, equipment, stationery, housekeeping materials, and other hospital supplies. The candidate will ensure proper stock availability, accurate documentation, and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify incoming materials against PO, invoice, and delivery challan.

- Check quantity, quality, batch number, expiry date, and other product details.

- Maintain stock registers, GRN, issue slips, and inventory records.

- Issue materials to hospital departments against authorized requisitions/indents.

- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise replenishment requirements.

- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

- Monitor near-expiry, expired, damaged, and non-moving stock.

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, segregation,



and cleanliness of the store.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Pharmacy, Accounts, Nursing, OT, ICU, Lab, and other departments.

- Coordinate with vendors regarding pending deliveries, shortages, replacements, and returns.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports.

- Maintain inventory through ERP/Hospital software or MS Excel.

- Support internal audits and maintain proper documentation as per hospital policies/NABH requirements.

- Prevent stock-outs, overstocking, wastage, and inventory discrepancies.
