About the Role

Eye Mantra Hospital is looking for motivated final-year MBA students to join our team for a 6 month internship . Interns will gain hands-on exposure to hospital operations, patient coordination, floor management, marketing, and strategic business activities.

Key Areas of Work

Depending on your skills and interest, you may be assigned to:

- Patient Counselling: Assist patients and attendants, explain procedures/services, and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Floor Coordination: Support day-to-day floor operations, patient flow, staff coordination, and service delivery.
- Hospital Marketing: Support local marketing activities, doctor/clinic outreach, partnerships, and promotional initiatives.
- Founder's Office: Assist with business research, operational projects, reporting, data analysis, and coordination on strategic initiatives.




- Support the operations team in maintaining smooth daily hospital activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational queries.
- Maintain reports, records, and daily operational updates.
- Assist in improving patient experience and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile
- Final-year MBA in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, or Hospitality Management .
- Available for a minimum 6-month internship .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to work in a hospital environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Candidates interested in hospital operations, healthcare management, marketing, or business strategy are preferred.
