Role Summary:

We are seeking an energetic Marketing Executive with a background in Pharma Sales, Medical Representation, or Healthcare Marketing. In this role, you will be the face of the hospital, responsible for driving patient footfalls through doctor engagement, corporate tie-ups, and local marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Doctor Engagement: Visit clinics, nursing homes, and primary health centers to build relationships with independent doctors and secure patient referrals.
- Corporate & Community Tie-ups: Identify and pitch healthcare packages, health camps, and diagnostic schemes to local corporates, societies, and associations.
- Field Marketing: Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities, including health check-up camps, awareness drives, and hospital tours.
- Market Intelligence:



Track competitor hospital activities, pricing strategies, and doctor mapping in the assigned territory.
- Reporting: Maintain daily call reports (DCR), track referral data, and present weekly conversion metrics to the management.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 1 to 7 years of proven experience in Pharma Sales, Medical Representation (MR), or Hospital Marketing.
- Education: Any Graduate (B.Pharma, B.Sc, or BBA/MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
- Location: Must have strong geographical knowledge of the assigned local territory.
- Travel: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for daily field visits.
- Communication: Robust convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and the local language.
