Job Title: ECHS / Health Insurance Executive

Department: Hospital Billing / Insurance

Location: Trimulgherry

Experience: 1–3 years in ECHS, TPA, hospital billing, claims, or health insurance

Key Responsibilities

Handle ECHS beneficiary registration, eligibility verification and documentation.

Coordinate with ECHS polyclinics and empanelled hospitals.

Process cashless authorization and reimbursement-related cases.

Verify medical bills, discharge summaries, prescriptions and supporting documents.

Coordinate referrals, approvals and treatment authorizations.

Follow ECHS/CGHS package rates and applicable guidelines.

Handle claim queries, discrepancies and escalations.

Maintain accurate records of ECHS/insurance claims and correspondence.

Coordinate with hospital billing, insurance/TPA and ECHS officials.

Ensure timely submission and closure of claims.





Maintain confidentiality of patient and beneficiary information.

Required Skills

Knowledge of ECHS/TPA/health-insurance processes.

Hospital billing and claims-processing knowledge.

Good communication and coordination skills.

MS Excel and basic computer proficiency.

Ability to check medical documents and bills.

Valuable documentation and follow-up skills.
