Role Description The Hospital Administrator at Mediaid Healthcare LLP will oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring smooth functioning of clinical, administrative, and support departments. This full time, on-site role is based in the Kutch district and involves managing staffing, patient flow, resource allocation, and adherence to quality and safety protocols.

The Administrator will coordinate with medical and nursing teams, handle vendor and stakeholder relationships, and monitor budgets and utilization of facilities and equipment. The role includes implementing policies, supporting regulatory compliance, improving patient experience, and preparing reports for leadership.

The Hospital





Administrator will also address escalated patient or family concerns and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and overall hospital performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Hospital Operations and Hospital Management to oversee departments, workflows, and compliance with healthcare standards.
