Role & responsibilities
1. Knowledge of plant propagation through cuttings from existing plants/trees.
2. Practical knowledge of the use and application of bio-enzyme solutions.
3. Knowledge of organic fertilizers and their proper application.
4. Experience in tree shifting/transplantation and taking proper care of plants and trees during the shifting process.
5. Knowledge of using appropriate plant nutrients and insecticides/pesticides according to weather and plant requirements.
6. Knowledge of preparing bio-enzymes from green waste and understanding their proper application.
