French / English Voice Process Hopper Universal (Travel Process)

Location: Thane (Work from Office) Pan-India sourcing

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls for travel-related queries and support.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers in French and English.
- Maintain high-quality service standards while adhering to company processes.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Language Skills:
- French: B2 C2 level communication required
- English: C3 C2 level communication required
- Education: HSC with minimum 6 months of experience OR Graduate Freshers
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in relevant process preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Selection Process:

1. HR Round
2. French AMCAT (Score of 60+ required; must be completed before Operations Round)
3. Operations Round
4. French Round (Client & Piplette rounds scrapped)

Compensation & Advantages:

- Salary: Upto 9 LPA
- Shifts: 24*7 rotational
- Week Offs: 2 rotational weekly offs
- Work location strictly following IBU transport boundaries of Thane
