HOME CARE NURSE

Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medicines as prescribed.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Provide diaper changing and incontinence care, including proper cleaning and skin care.
- Assist with feeding, mobility, positioning, and transfers.
- Maintain personal hygiene, bed linen, and patient surroundings.
- Prevent bed sores through regular repositioning and skin checks.
- Maintain daily care records and report changes in the patient's condition.
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety procedures.
- Provide compassionate care while maintaining patient dignity and privacy.

Qualification: ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing Experience: Home-care/elderly/bedridden patient experience preferred.
