Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and sell holiday packages to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Develop solid relationships with suppliers to negotiate rates and improve services for clients.
- Cross-sell additional products such as travel insurance, visa services, or car rentals to increase revenue.
- Manage inventory levels, track sales performance, and analyze market trends to optimize package offerings.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in outbound tours or travel sales industry.
- Strong knowledge of tour packages, holiday packages, cross selling, upselling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
