Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Holiday Consultant to plan and sell customized holiday packages. The candidate will understand customer requirements, suggest suitable destinations and packages, and ensure a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer travel requirements and preferences.
- Plan and customize domestic and international holiday packages.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings.
- Prepare quotations and itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.




- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain customer records and booking details.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
- 1 years of experience in travel, tourism, holiday packages, or sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations is an advantage.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
