Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Learning & Development Executive to manage and drive training initiatives for frontline healthcare staff including Nurses, GDAs, Doctors, Patient Care Staff, and other operational teams across Bangalore & Chennai locations.

The role will focus on induction programs, behavioral training, communication enhancement, compliance training, POSH awareness, and continuous capability development of employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and onboarding training sessions for all new joiners
- Manage new joiner orientation and employee integration programs
- Conduct behavioral and communication training for frontline staff
- Deliver POSH training and workplace conduct awareness sessions
- Coordinate training programs for Nurses, GDAs, Doctors, and support staff
- Ensure completion of mandatory compliance and process training
- Maintain training records, attendance,



feedback, and certification data
- Conduct refresher training sessions for existing employees
- Work closely with Operations, HR, Nursing, Clinical teams for training needs
- Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Conduct floor audits and identify training gaps

• Ensure training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms

Desired Candidate Profile

- Post Graduate in Management / MBA / Equivalent qualification preferred
- 13 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training role
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Experience in training Nurses, GDAs, frontline staff, or healthcare operations teams
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Kannada & English mandatory for Bangalore role
- Self-driven, energetic, and confident personality
- Ability to manage multiple training programs independently

• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Background Candidates from hospitals, healthcare companies, elder care organizations, home healthcare, rehabilitation centres, or hospitality healthcare environments will be preferred.
