Hiring Immediately Accounts Executive For a Reputed Company located in Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Process vendor invoices in SAP accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Ensure correct application and compliance related to GST, RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism), and TDS.
- Track and ensure timely payments to MSME vendors in compliance with the MSMED Act
- Verify and process employee reimbursement claims in accordance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Check and transparent open advances and debit balance in the vendor and employee ledger.
- Perform monthly and quarterly vendor account reconciliations; resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Communicate with vendors and employees regarding payment status, discrepancies, and clarifications.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.
- In-depth knowledge of GST, RCM,



TDS, MSME-related compliances, and employee reimbursement processes.
- Strong accounting knowledge, including journal entries and ledger management.
- Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with vendors and employees.-

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Saturday Work from home

Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm OR 9 am to 6 pm

Mode of Interview: Online

SAP knowledge is compulsory

Salary: 40,000 to 60,000 (Depending on qualification & Experience)
