- Salary: Rs 2,41,908/- CTC P.A.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Addressing customer complaints through emails by providing resolutions as per bank guidelines
- Maintaining database in excel
- Preparing reports / dashboards as and when required
- ATM Cash: Machine monitoring , first-level maintenance, cash replenishment, security & compliance & documentation




- ATM Billing: Vendor management, dispute resolution & data reporting

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Excellent written & verbal communication (English language)
- Working knowledge of Advanced Excel is must (VLookUp, Pivot Table, SumIf, CountIf, etc.)
- Immediate joiner
- Hungry to learn
