Hiring: International Chat Process Customer Support (International BPO)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Shift Timings: Night
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)
Transport: 2-Way Cab Facility
Joiners: Only Immediate Joiners will be considered
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers or Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
- Min. Qualification: 12th
Key Skills Required:
- Customer Handling and Inbound Call Management
- Understanding of CSAT, AHT, and BPO Metrics
- Excellent verbal communication in English
- Ability to deliver results under pressure
Salary: Up to 3.2 - 4.2 LPA
