- Job Role: Recruitment Executive / HR Recruiter
- Location: Hyderabad
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
- Shift: Day Shift

Salary

- 13,000 16,000 per month (First 3 Months)
- Performance-based salary hike from the 4th month onwards
- Attractive incentives and performance bonus

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- 2024,2025,2026 pass-out candidates only.
- Any Graduate.
- Female candidates only.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in HR Recruitment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
