Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (Based on Last Drawn CTC)

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our US Healthcare Blended Process team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the US Healthcare Voice Process, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US Healthcare processes.




- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Resolve customer queries professionally while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Update customer information accurately in internal systems.
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance targets.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and company policies while handling confidential information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
