Process: Customer Service - Hopper Universal Non-GDS Travel

Process

Eligibility Criteria:

- Candidates with any voice-based BPO customer service experience can apply.
- Non-GDS candidates preferred.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Communication level: Cluster 1 / Cluster 2 only.

Salary & Perks:

- In-hand Salary: 35,000 per month (Net Take Home)
- Work From Office
- Immediate Joining

Shift Details:

- 24x7 Rotational Shifts
- 2 Rotational Week Offs

Interview Process:

1. HR Round
2. AMCAT Assessment
3. Essay Writex Test
4. Operations Round

Note: Minimum Essay Writex score of 60 is required to proceed to the Operations Round.

Transport:

- Transport facility available as per updated IBU (International Business Unit) transport boundaries of Thane.
