We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and caring Female Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of our girls' hostel

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the daily operations of the girls' hostel.
- Ensure the safety, security, and welfare of all hostel residents.
- Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
- Monitor resident attendance, entry/exit records, and visitor management.
- Coordinate room allotment, check-in, and check-out procedures.
- Handle resident grievances and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and catering staff.




- Conduct regular inspections of hostel rooms and common areas.
- Maintain hostel records, reports, and documentation.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Organize orientation and awareness programs for hostel residents.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, record keeping).
