Role Overview

Zensar is looking for an experienced Delivery Head with a strong background in Supply Chain and/or Retail domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading large delivery engagements, driving customer success, managing P&L;, and building high-performing delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- 16+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong experience as a Delivery Head , Delivery Manager, Program Director, or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain and/or Retail domain engagements.
- Experience managing large delivery portfolios and enterprise customers.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in P&L; management, delivery governance, and account growth.
- Ability to lead large distributed teams across locations.
