International Voice Process E-commerce Customer Support

Location: Bangalore

Shift: UK Evening / US Night Shift

Salary: Up to 5 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to confidently interact with international customers over the phone.

This opportunity is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who are looking to build a long-term career in the customer service and healthcare BPO industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve order-related queries.
- Assist customers with returns, refunds, delivery issues, and order tracking.
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Update CRM/ticketing systems with accurate customer interactions.
- Maintain quality standards and deliver high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility:





- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and computer applications.
- Willingness to work in UK/US shifts.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
