Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sourcing & attracting suitable candidates through online employment portals like Naukri, LinkedIN, social media platforms & databases.
- Conducting interviews, assessing applicants' knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers
- Experience with recruitment processes and tools.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Preferably from BPO and F&A; Hiring companies.
