Role Description The Hindi Teacher will plan and deliver engaging Hindi language lessons for middle school students, aligned with the CISCE curriculum and school standards.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching grammar, literature, and communication skills, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment, managing student behavior, and collaborating with colleagues and school leadership on academic and co-curricular activities.



The teacher will communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane.

Qualifications

Robust teaching skills with experience in middle school Hindi instruction and familiarity with relevant curriculum frameworks.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and staff.

Ability to design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and assessments aligned with school objectives.

Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and support language development.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field; formal teacher training or B.Ed. is preferred.

Experience in classroom management, student engagement, and creating inclusive learning environments.

Comfort with using basic educational technology and digital tools to support teaching and learning.
