Role Description The Highway Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and reviewing highway and road infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing detailed engineering designs and drawings, conducting technical analyses and feasibility studies, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting project documentation and reporting.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, assisting in cost estimation, and providing technical input during construction and supervision phases.



This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chunar, requiring regular presence at project offices and sites.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Highway Design and Highway Engineering for planning and detailing road infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering Design for the geometric, structural, and drainage aspects of highway projects.
- Candidates should possess experience in Feasibility Studies and Infrastructure Projects, including technical evaluation and project planning.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proficiency with relevant design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of applicable design codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical report-writing abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in office and in office environments.
- Previous experience in highway or transportation engineering projects is highly beneficial.
