Key Responsibilities

- Source, recruit and enroll qualified Indian Nurses, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists for Germany recruitment programs.
- Generate quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, Sourcing partnerships and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, telephonic interviews and eligibility assessments.
- Explain the complete Germany migration process, German language training, qualification recognition (Anerkennung), visa process and career pathway.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate with German language training teams regarding candidate enrolment and progress.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documents.
- Guide candidates throughout recruitment, documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate information accurately in ATS/CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and enrolment targets.
- Build relationships with nursing colleges, physiotherapy colleges, healthcare institutions and professional associations.
- Coordinate with internal operations and international recruitment teams to ensure seamless deployment.
- Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Required Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting Indian healthcare professionals for Germany.
- Hands-on experience recruiting: (Any)
- Registered Nurses
- Physiotherapists
- Occupational Therapists
- Good understanding of the Germany healthcare recruitment process.
- Experience with international recruitment will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or any relevant discipline.
- Experience in international recruitment, immigration or overseas healthcare hiring is preferred.
