Role Description This is a full-time, in office Health Coach role located in Duddhi.

The Health

Coach will support patients and community members in adopting healthier lifestyles through individualized coaching, education, and follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing health and wellness needs, developing personalized nutrition and weight management plans, and guiding individuals in setting and achieving realistic health goals. The role involves conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions, maintaining accurate documentation of progress, and collaborating with medical and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.

The Health

Coach will also participate in health promotion activities, workshops, and outreach programs aligned with the Institute’s preventive and holistic care initiatives.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess robust skills in Nutrition and Weight Management to design and monitor evidence-based lifestyle plans.
- Candidates should possess Wellness Coaching and general Health & Wellness knowledge to support sustainable behavior change.
- Candidates should possess Coaching skills to motivate, educate, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Relevant academic background in nutrition, public health, nursing, psychology, or a related field; certification in health or wellness coaching is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinical teams and communicate clearly with patients and families.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care.
- Experience in community health, preventive care, or hospital-based wellness programs is desirable.
