About the Role

We are looking for an experienced strategy/PMO professional to join St. Mary's Rehabilitation University, Hyderabad, as Head – Strategy, PMO & Institutional Performance, to establish and lead the university's institutional performance-management and PMO architecture — giving the CEO a reliable, data-backed view of university-wide execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate CEO and institutional priorities into measurable annual, quarterly and monthly execution plans
- Design and establish university-wide KPI and performance-management architecture
- Partner with Deans, Directors and senior administrative heads to define outcomes and accountability
- Establish weekly, monthly and quarterly institutional review rhythms
- Lead CEO-level performance-review preparation and facilitate review discussions
- Develop department-wise scorecards and Red-Amber-Green (RAG) dashboards
- Track strategic and cross-functional projects through completion
- Identify systemic delays, bottlenecks and institutional risks; conduct root-cause analysis
- Track leadership decisions and ensure action closure after every review cycle
- Prepare CEO decision briefs, performance summaries and escalation papers
- Support process redesign and drive adoption of dashboards and AI-enabled monitoring
- Mentor PMO managers, associates and analysts
