Role Overview The Product Head will lead product engineering strategy and execution. This leader will own the design, development and delivery of AI-powered capabilities across Multiple Products operating in BPM, ECM and CCM domain. This role demands deep technical expertise with strong leadership, product vision, stakeholder management, and people development experience.  Define and drive emerging tech product vision aligned with business goals and market trends.  Build an AI-first roadmap leveraging GenAI, ML, predictive analytics, explainable AI, and automation frameworks  Identify and integrate emerging technology trends to enhance platform competitiveness.

 Lead design and delivery of AI capabilities integrated into content services, process automation, decisioning, CCM, and digital journey orchestration  Partner with engineering heads to ensure scalable, secure, explainable AI models and robust ML Ops pipelines.  Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality

 Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, AI engineers, UX teams, and solution specialists.  Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.  Establish solid governance models, performance metrics, and development plans for team members.

 Engage with customers, analysts, and partners to understand pain points and opportunities.



 Translate customer insights into actionable product features.  Enable GTM teams with strong positioning, demos, and product narratives.

 Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Engineering, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure product adoption and success.  Collaborate with hyperscaler partners and academic institutions for innovation acceleration. Requirements

 Graduate / Post Graduate Engineering in Computer Science from premier engineering institutes of global ranking.  More than 20 years of overall experience in product development  Minimum 10 years of experience in core software product development company or technology leadership, with experience in AI/ML-driven product development.  Proven experience leading high-performing product engineering teams ( of min 200 team size) in a global software organization.  Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, NLP, ML Ops, predictive modelling, AI decisioning engines, and cloud-native architectures.  Experience in setting up Software Factory.  Demonstrated success in launching enterprise-grade AI products.  Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence.  Experience with low-code platforms, test automation tools, and enterprise workflow technologies preferred.  Experience of engaging with Analyst firms; publishing papers & case studies and representing company in professional association, groups, forums and events.
